• Over 30 Large and small acute care facilities in pre and post-petition union drives, Corporate campaigns and strike avoidance situations 

• Nonprofit and For Profit Assisted Living and Nursing Homes 

• Numerous Nonprofit and For Profit Assisted Living and Adult Day Care Centers  

• Diagnostic and Testing Centers 

Byron’s union avoidance effectiveness has been enhanced by his Law degree and extensive Human  Resources and first chair collective bargaining experience.

Manufacturing and Logistics expertise: 

Byron has been involved with helping Manufacturers and logistics organizations of all types to protect  their union-free status for over 25 years.  These have included: 

• Large and small manufacturers in both light and heavy manufacturing 

• Large and small logistics companies involved in trucking and warehousing 

• Food service and Processing

Byron’s union avoidance effectiveness has been enhanced by his experience as both a Corporate and Manufacturing site Human Resource executive. He understands employee issues from the worksite perspective. In addition, he has negotiated labor contracts on behalf of employers with those sites and can talk from first had experience about the realities of bargaining.                   

Labor Relations Expert: Byron earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in  Washington, DC.  His advanced understanding of the law has proven an invaluable asset throughout his  consulting career.  His understanding of Labor Law is a major reason why he has had only one ULP’s filed against him and none with a negative finding in over 25 years of consulting.
